BUT, purchasing NORA Tea or “Pregnancy Tea” pre-mixed can be extremely expensive. Especially if you’re aiming to drink a quart a day.

How to Make NORA Tea
Classic Ingredients:
1 part Nettle Leaf
1 part Oatstraw
1 part Red Raspberry Leaf
1 part Alfalfa
1/2 part Dandelion Root (optional)
1/4 part Peppermint (optional)
You can adjust the ratios to your preference, but a 1:1:1:1:0.5:0.25 ratio is a great starting point.
Instructions:
Mix the Herbs: In a large jar or airtight container, combine equal parts of each herb and mix well. Store in a cool, dark place.
Brew Your Tea:
Add 1 tablespoon of the blend per cup of hot water. It is recommended to drink 32 oz per day to get alllll the benefits.
For a stronger infusion, steep overnight (8+ hours) in a quart-sized mason jar with hot water.
Strain and enjoy hot or cold.
My personal favorite way to drink NORA is over ice!
Sweeten if Desired: Add honey, lemon, or a splash of juice for taste.

How & When to Drink NORA Tea?
While most people know it as “pregnancy tea” it can be game changer in every stage of motherhood - especially during postpartum when we are naturally nutrient deficient.
First Trimester: After 16 weeks of pregnancy you can drink a quart of NORA tea 5 or more times per week! To enjoy before 16 weeks, simply omit the Red Raspberry leaf.
Second & Third Trimester: 3-4 cups per day can provide optimal nourishment.
Postpartum: Continue drinking for recovery, hydration, and mineral replenishment. This nutrient powerhouse can help with milk supply, fatigue, blood sugar, mood swings, and so much more.
